What else was of interest was the availability of breakfast, and also that there were many shops around, where, in case of emergency, you can go. The breakfasts are delicious, just like grandma's. Ate cheesecakes, pancakes and more. We lived in a suite: spacious, there is a sofa and a double bed, in the evening you can watch TV. In the shower there are slippers, a bathrobe, towels, toiletries, in general, everything you need. There is also a mini bar. Cleaning is also good, special thanks to Irina, who robbed our room every day.

I love Kharkiv, and now I also love VIVA Hotel! I was advised to stay here by friends, and I did not regret it! The hotel is located near the metro and other transport, by metro 5 minutes to the center, where we got acquainted with the best sights of the city! We also went the other way from the center to the river, the minibus was also a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, everything is conveniently located, even somehow cozy! Wi-Fi catches throughout the hotel, you can sit at least for days. I also liked the staff, they were greeted joyfully, a quick check-in, and check-out without too much burden. And in comparison with other hotels in the center, we lived not expensively, you can always find some promotions and discounts, in general, whoever is looking for one will find it!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days. I liked everything very much, friendly staff, good rooms, free Wi-Fi, delicious breakfasts (breakfasts are included in the room price). And what was important for me was that the hotel is located near the metro (3 minutes walk), and almost in the very center of the city. If I ever have a chance to go to Kharkiv, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

The hotel staff are smiling, caring, polite and helpful people (believe me this is a huge plus!!! ) The location of the hotel is very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, almost like home. Perhaps the hotel is good, but just (09/29/11), after talking with the girl on the phone 7840790, I realized that the human factor can ruin the best initiatives of the owners in the bud. The way they told me "where the hotel is" immediately "beat off" the desire to go there. Well, if they talk to me like that on the phone, not knowing who I am and not seeing me, then what can you expect from the service upon arrival.
