The cafe in the second building does not work. The administrator, she is the hostess, is rude and talks to you as if you owe her something. Guests are not welcome there at all! The rooms are smoky, the upholstered furniture is worn out, the carpet is dirty. I’m generally silent about the bathrooms, the shower is broken, the drain is clogged. Stayed for one night, as it was too late to look for something else in an unfamiliar city. I left the next morning, I myself don’t go there again and I don’t advise others.
