1) The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, however, there is a fairly convenient transport interchange that allows you to get to the city center by minibus in 15-20 minutes (stop across the street from the hotel) 2) The facade of the building is unremarkable - there are thousands and thousands of them throughoutUkraine. A tiny building with 12 rooms with a sauna (I could not evaluate the quality - I was not there) and a restaurant with quite ordinary and terribly expensive cuisine (see below for more on this) 3) The staff is terribly boorish and unfriendly. He communicates with people as with his subordinates, or, to put it more clearly, as if everyone owes them something. I personally got into a situation when I sent an e-mail request to extend my check-out time from 12:00 to 16:00 and received a positive response from the administration in writing (at the same time, the administration separately noted that this service was provided to meFREE), the first thing that the receptionist heard was: "I don't know who told you this, but we have check-out until 12:00, and please, check out, otherwise you will have to pay for another half a day". To be honest, from such a statement, I'm sorry for the expression, a little upset. It was not even immediately possible to respond to such frank rudeness and neglect of the obligations assumed. As a result: BUSINESS REPUTATION IS CLEARLY NOT VALUED HERE, and obligations for the hotel management and staff are an empty phrase, and nothing more. Future customers - pay close attention to this fact !!!! 4) Regarding the kitchen. Overpriced and absolutely tasteless. No meat, no fish, no breakfast, no side dishes, no drinks - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Everything is exorbitant, the price absolutely does not correspond to the quantity, much less the quality of the products. I categorically do not recommend the local restaurant as a point for eating - you will be healthier, honestly! 5) The hotel room itself is the only ray of light in this dark kingdom (at least for such and such an amount, 600 UAH per night for the usual standard). There are practically no complaints, the linen is clean, I slept well, the Internet is of high quality, the shower is in order, the mosquitoes did not bite. 6) In general, I summarize: the cons clearly outweigh the pros. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!! There are much more decent places in Khmelnitsky.
