The first thing that struck me was the number of people eager to get there. In the season it is better not to go there, alas. A lot of people do not have time to populate.
The second is the number of procedures that I was prescribed.
The third is the decent attitude of the attending staff, which is uncharacteristic for a budget institution.
Fourth, I didn’t even manage to slip money on anyone. Truth. Although there were ladies who claimed otherwise. Well, I don’t know, for all the time they took 43 UAH from me for a course of mineral water and medicinal gulls. And they issued a check. By the way, oxygen foams are free.

Fifth - visible results of treatment. I don’t want to list my sores, but it obviously got better (not immediately, usually in Khmilnyk everyone gets worse at first, this is called a balneoeffect. Personally, a week after my arrival, I fell down with a wild headache and fever. It went away a day later. But everyone has You need to go to Khmilnyk in a state of remission)
By the way, there was a case when a man overdid it with mineral water from a pump room (such as Naftusya, Zbruchanska). I decided to speed up the process and instead of the prescribed 200 ml, I used 1 liter before meals. Stones stirred. They took him to the emergency room.
Basically, Khmilnyk is known for extracts in radon water, but the treatment base is much more extensive (two-story bathroom department, six-story (with two working elevators) medical.
The gynecologist is just amazing! The woman is a genius!
There is a good ophthalmologist, it's a pity, they say, the New Year leaves.
Masseur Seryozha is a charm. My husband is a massage therapist himself, but I don’t give in to him - there’s no time and it’s scary (they are all a little sadyugi). Upon arrival, I checked the work done, I liked it : )
People go to Khmelnik for the 5th - 9th time, many in the sanatorium were literally raised to their feet from their wheelchairs. Given that at home, no therapy helped them.
There were Italians and Germans, which was amazing. Taking into account that at home they have treatment under insurance, and we have exorbitant prices (about 15.000 UAH in 21 days our beloved state ripped off foreign residents, if the residents did not lie).
My ticket to a double standard cost 210 UAH a day... Of which 64 UAH per day is treatment, about 120 is food.
Large, well-groomed, clean territory, repairs in the medical and other buildings, quite normal food (custom-made, sometimes packaged juices and water, peaches, apples, fresh buns, real butter). I arrived immediately from a bus tour to hungry France, ate everything and with wild pleasure! And those who did not eat - spoiled.
Squirrels, unknown and led birds, inevitable cats. Flowers around. Fountains, all sorts of decorative storks, houses, castles, mushrooms, etc. Quiet. Around - the forest. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the city, by minibus (runs every 10 minutes) - 5-10-15 minutes, depending on the destination.

In the 8th building on the 1st floor, something like a gym, it works almost around the clock and for free (albeit a small one). It has Evminov's board. For those who do not know or are too lazy to deal with it, classes are held in the medical building with an instructor as prescribed by a doctor.
There were no mosquitoes in the 8th building on the 5th floor. In the forest - were : )
At night, the entire area is lit, cultural and cozy.
The only thing that annoyed me was the terrible pillows (the bed is new, the pillows and beds are dead) - a standard room for two. Looks like a relic of the past.
Hot water from 6.00 to 23.00. The shower is mysterious - it fills everything around, no curtains, no God forbid booths.
In the evenings - dances and concerts. I didn’t go to them, I preferred to exercise in the morning; )
The only thing is the pool in the neighboring sanatorium Podolia and until 16.00. It's a pity. But for 15 UAH per hour and warm (+27). Super!
I would like to turn to some comrades: treatment, and especially radon, with drinking alcohol is combined in the most disastrous way!
The library is small, but it was enough for me for 15 days : )
Conclusion: if there is osteochondrosis, rheumatism, spinal hernia, female sores, scoliosis, etc. - the best combination of price / quality in Ukraine is not found (this is not only my opinion - the result of a survey). The only thing is the neighboring sanatorium Podolia, but subjectively I liked it less. First of all, the presence of vilely screaming cafes in the evenings under each building and the smoke of barbecues. Here you somehow recall Baden-Baden, where in the evening even McDonald's has quiet music, and loud sounds are generally prohibited on the street.
You need to go with your pictures, a sanatorium card (At least to save time). Preferably 21 days. More - it makes no sense, because. more than 10 baths every other day is better not to risk it. And they don't write that much.
The more responsible you are to the process, the better the result!
