Liked the treatment. I felt an immediate improvement. Good professional staff. The room is cold and not comfortable. But the food is not very good. The room has 2 beds, 2 chairs with springs sticking up, a table, 2 bedside tables, a TV, a balcony. I don’t want to find fault with the room, because we spent very little time in it, more and more on procedures and walks. As for taking a shower, the problem is very acute: very sharp drops in water - sometimes cold, sometimes hot, it’s impossible to “wind up” the golden mean. When washing, small pieces of coal (from the boiler room) may fall on the skin. It seems that he washed himself with a washcloth, and on you there are black stripes on the body from coal, to wash again.
As for the territory, it is very beautiful, well-groomed, however, as always, there is a human factor. In the "arbors" people leave garbage, do not wipe the tables after their fun there. They also throw garbage on the grass, although there are trash cans all over the territory of the MRC. There is no beach as such on the river. In my understanding, the beach is the presence of sand, because even children are interested in digging in it, building castles, and making little bees.
By the way, there is no entertainment for children. There are two swings on the shore, which are not enough for everyone, so the kids go to the gym in order to spend time there, and there it’s not so safe for the kids. There is only one playground in the whole city, in the center, not far from the market. In general, the infrastructure is well developed - everything is close at hand: shops, a market, pharmacies, banks.
You should not limit yourself to staying only on the territory of the MRC. You will also be easily let into other sanatoriums. There is a place for the soul to roam: it’s beautiful on the territory of the “railroad workers”, in the “trade union”, in the “radon”.
Meals in the "Southern Bug" are of the same type, and you also have to wait a very long time for it. Paradise can forget about you, then remember and bring a completely cold plate with incomprehensible contents. By the way, the first courses are quite tasty, excellent pastries. For 21 days, they never ate potatoes, except in soup.

My husband and I rested in Khmilnik, in the MRC "Southern Bug" this October. The staff is just fabulous. But the food is terrible. Meals are the same for all categories, regardless of price. And you can't call this food dietary. In frying and pilaf instead of meat, fat and skin. There are no vegetables at all, only boiled beets and you don’t want to eat it every day.
