We rested in the spring in Orelsky Dvor.
Pros:
- picturesque nature
- a large territory, a large beach, its own rates, its own bridge over the river
- there are bicycles, quad bikes, kayaks for rent
- comfortable room, heated floors
- on the territory for a moderate fee there is a barbecue, firewood
Minuses:
Of the minuses, I would bring only one - service - if you're not lucky with the administrator.
We had one woman in the first 2 days - everything is fine with her, no problems.
The last day was different - there was an arrogant-rude attitude.
I'll give a couple of examples:
1. When checking out, they said that we had taken/lost a teaspoon. And they ripped off 40 UAH for a Soviet teaspoon. 40 UAH per spoon, Carl!
2. Check-out at 10.00. At the recreation center, besides us, only 1 room is occupied, i. e. base is almost empty.

I have breakfast outside at 10.05. He stands in front of the table with the question: "It's time for you to leave. When do you rent the number? " It would be possible to give more breakfast : )
3. Passed the number, loaded into the car. We wanted to walk / take pictures on the territory.
To the question "Can we take a walk before leaving? " the answer was gorgeous: "It's impossible. You have to pay for it. Leave, I opened the gate"
In general, I liked the rest. Although, after such an attitude, any desire to visit this place again disappeared.
If this is the general policy of the recreation center, I would advise you to think about it, because you can lose people like that.
If this is the problem of a particular administrator - think about the staff.
