I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. We met the new year 2010 at the Gala Hotel. Terrible. We came with a company from Kyiv, we were in different places and in Ukraine, but such rudeness, non-customer orientation, indifference of the staff and hotel management have never been seen anywhere else. We arrived 4 hours before the new year, went into the room and were stunned - utter coldness, it turns out that the administration forgot to turn on the heating in our room, well, they turned on nothing themselves (by the way, the room didn’t warm up until January 2), but the worst thing was not turned out to be hot water. The staff shrugged - they did not expect that everyone would start swimming before the new year. Here is the water in the boiler. But that's not my problem! I paid 200 UAH more for a standard room than on a normal day because of the New Year, and what - I have to wash myself with cold water and sit in a cold room ?? ? And only after 2 hours we got through to the director of the hotel, who offered us a room for swimming in another building. Because of all this rigmarole, we sat down at the festive table at 23:40. But that was just the beginning of our troubles. . When booking a table at the New Year's banquet, we were told. That we will have VIP seats. And this is what VIP in Kamenetz-Podolsky is: The whole festival, including musicians, competitions, Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, takes place in the common room, and we were sitting in another room, from where we looked at the whole festival through the door, hearing nothing and practically seeing nothing . Our indignation knew no bounds. What did we pay for?? ? Tamada spread his hands, - come out and have fun. How? Support the wall and stand ??? . Further more. We paid 800 UAH per person for a banquet, that is, a table for 4 was set for 3200 UAH, and for this money there were: 1 bottle of champagne, 1 bottle of vodka, 1 bottle of wine. The greed is the real thing! But what was our surprise when we saw hot appetizers on the tables of others, which we did not even have in sight. We turned to the waiter, to which we heard the answer: we already brought it to you! From such impudence, I forgot all my upbringing and began to loudly and not quite culturally demand or show the plates in which they brought it or, in the end, bring me these hot snacks. So, after much cursing, at 03:30 we were served hot. How do you like this service?? ? Well, then there were other little things: they didn’t bring food for a paid breakfast, they couldn’t remove the ants in the room (yes, there were also ants - there is a photo !!!! ). And what is most interesting, when at the end of our stay at the hotel, we talked with the director, he could not smooth out all these terrible shortcomings, we demanded compensation, at least 50% of the banquet, but he (the director) said that he could not help can't and hung up. In general, the impression of Kamenetz-Podolsk is the most negative. Residents of Kamenetz-Podolsk, do not be offended, but such hotels, such directors (and this is primarily the fault of Anatoly Viktorovich - the director, unfortunately, he did not name his last name) create an impression of the city itself. I will discourage everyone to go to this hotel. I have never come across such arrogance.
