We rested in the hotel "Cleopatra" with a large company, rented 4 rooms for the May holidays of 2012, more precisely, from April 29 to May 03. The problems began even when we checked in: one of our rooms checked in at lunchtime, and three rooms arrived in the evening, the administrator settled us on some piece of paper written by hand, not taking into account the booking confirmation that I tried to put into her hands. We achieved the third keys with great difficulty. The room is really good, no complaints about it. But the service in the hotel does not correspond to the declared stars. By the end of the trip, we had a slogan: "If you don't want unnecessary problems, remove extra stars", or in extreme cases, don't burden yourself with such a big problem as 100% hotel occupancy. Breakfast began with a completely empty Swede, even basic things were missing, such as water in a samovar (! ), Clean napkins and cutlery on the tables. Some of the waiters were not in uniform, but ran regularly, like everyone else. We had breakfast at 10:30. But, our friends who came at 9-00, as it turned out, caught the same picture. The restaurant manager hummed indistinctly when I tried to tell him about the publicity of the hotel and the Internet. However, the next morning, the restaurant could have been given not 2-, but 3+ for work. But on this day, the hotel bar deserved no more than two points, which stupidly closed the doors in front of us at 11 pm and did not agree to work under any pretext. Probably, the hotel administration does not know about how you can earn additional profit. Room cleaning was carried out somehow haphazardly, our entire company was cleaned only on the second day of our stay, then someone was lucky with cleaning, someone was not. Wired Internet deserves special attention (even in the bathroom, sorry, next to the toilet! ), which no one is able to set up and this is all in 2012, when everyone is used to the wonders of WiFi. Well, it’s not that we are Internet maniacs, we have never turned on the TV, but I also want to check the mail. And post pictures on FB, after all, the city is beautiful and the castles are photogenic! So, the hotel is good for its location, the fountain in the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooms are not bad, but the owners need to tighten up the service. Conduct, in the end, training for staff, as we do in our hotel in the Crimea. So that the service of guests in our camp is at a level that is understandable and comfortable for potential guests.
