We stayed in Amadeus for two days to walk around Kamenets. Very good location - in the heart of the old town.
The hotel is very well done, nice furniture, nice renovation, big bathroom and bathtub! We were with two children (3 years and 5 months), occupied a 2-room suite - there was enough space for everyone, without tension.
We used the services of a nanny who sat with the children while we were on an excursion. (If necessary, I will give the coordinates).
The restaurant is empty in the evening, although we liked the food very much. Prices are close to Kiev, but the portions are large. For breakfast, the choice is not very large, everything is beautiful, fresh.

The staff is very friendly, everyone wants to help. Although sometimes there is a feeling that he is not fully trained (for example, the guy at the reception admitted to me that he has never sold Wi-Fi cards, so he does not know how it works). Another of the minuses - the rooms have wired internet, which for some reason did not work. As a result, we had neither Wi-Fi nor wired internet in the room.
The spa there is, of course, ridiculous. This is not even a spa, but rather a bath complex: there are two saunas, a massage bath, a heated marble daybed (they call it a hammam), a shower with a solarium and a massage bed. I wanted to do the procedure, but that day the massage therapist could not come. Therefore, I was given an underwater massage in the bath and then smeared with aroma oil (this was called aroma massage). Done by the woman at the spa reception.
I must say that all the shortcomings are compensated by the friendliness and friendliness of the staff, and, of course, the atmosphere of the hotel.
I liked it, and I hope that the management sees all the nuances and will correct it in the near future!
