Ask for cutlery, feeling guilty, like you owe it or stole it. It's infuriating that they turn a blind eye to all their shortcomings, instead of working on their shortcomings and being a good hotel, and not seeming. I do not advise!

Together with a friend, we decided to take a break from the bustle of the city in early autumn, when choosing a hotel we were guided by excellent reviews and photographs, as well as a description. Together with a friend, we decided to take a break from the bustle of the city in early autumn, when choosing a hotel we were guided by excellent reviews and photographs, as well as a description. We checked into a deluxe room with sauna, wi-fi, and were very, just very upset that the sauna was not available to us. The administrator said that the sauna is under reconstruction and its services in general are not included in the room price. Why is this information not listed on the site? We did not receive an answer to this question. In the description, the room is declared as a room with a sauna, and we were also ready to pay for it additionally, but....we were not allowed. After paying for the room in cash at the hotel, we did not receive any receipt, i. e. nothing that could podtaerdit our payment. Our question why is so - remained unanswered. During the 5 days we spent at the hotel, we were never offered cleaning of the room or at least the provision of toilet paper and soap. Wifi didn't work in the room, only on the terrace.
Deception and false information are very disappointing, especially the fact that the administration did not take a single step to meet us guests. We left the hotel in a bad mood.
Otherwise - beautiful landscape design and well-groomed garden, a wonderful beach nearby and clean air.

Perfect place! Very friendly staff, beautiful area. We rented a wooden house - there is a bed, a TV, a small refrigerator and a fan. There is a washbasin next to each house. 2 shared showers, always clean, the pool is also cleaned daily. When leaving, they give the sweetest letter and cupcakes for the road) we really liked it, we will be happy to come again.

In general, the place is quite nice. Unfortunately, advertising promised more. The staff is friendly and very compromising. But there are a number of points that spoil the overall impression. The pool is well watched. Clean and transparent. It will be comfortable with children here.

Rest is always good. And if also in a good resort, then the impressions will remain about this vacation for a lifetime. My friend and I did not get to the foreign resort, but we also found a good place to relax in Odessa. This is Villa Bles Village. Feedback from its visitors convinced us that this is a real paradise.

And yet we were not deceived. There was only one thing! An unpleasant surprise awaited us at the restaurant-bar. Apparently we did not impress wealthy people. They didn't rush to serve us. The administrator of the establishment did not react in any way. They waited until we were served longer than their turn in the Soviet deli.

The design of the territory is sustained according to all the rules. My room-comfort really was as advertised, cozy. But then I noticed that the cleaning was not carried out as carefully as I would like, and I could not open the window in the evening. The mosquitoes were eating. I didn't like the way the receptionist answered me when I asked for action. In the end, nothing was done. It left an unpleasant impression of communicating with her.

I stayed at the bles village and saw the difference in attitude towards richer clients and those from whom there is nothing to take except for accommodation.
