The price for a room in building №2 on the 1st floor is very high, objectively it cannot cost more than UAH 400 per day during the season, instead of UAH 1.460. I will explain why:
NEGATIVE
The number is very small, maximum for 2 adults without children, not for 3 (to place a family with children there is bullshit, even for that kind of money).
The room is dark, not cozy.
Too noisy old refrigerator (turns on and off with a loud bang).
Windows in wooden frames, pass noise, smoke and no mosquitoes.
Conditional cleanliness in the room, superficially removed on the walls of blood from crushed mosquitoes, the corners of the web.
In the cleaning room there is a broom that will fall apart and a scoop in which it is difficult to move something.
The sofa and mattress of the bed are not vacuumed.
The blanket on the bed does not wash.

Above the sink there is a mirror but no shelf for brushes, soap.

In the evenings there is too little noise of discos and lovers to walk until night (this is a problem including not quality windows and doors)

Veranda with a table and 2 though plastic but chairs with backs.
Availability of warm water around the clock.

Two beautiful rather large pools with umbrellas and sunbeds.
Quite clean area, paved paths, trimmed lawns.
A good playground for children of all ages.
Of course, it is good to have a gym and alternative entertainment for children, but we did not use it and there was not enough time and the children are still too young.
For us on a trip to the sea the most important thing is the presence of the sea, clean beach, comfortable living conditions. Swimming pools, animators, simulators are all rarely used secondarily. Therefore, I would very much like the owners to stop peeling people and provide really comfortable conditions at an adequate price. Rest should be not only on the beach, but also in the rooms that offer.
They must be perfectly comfortable to want to come there again and again. For perfectly comfortable conditions, it is not necessary to have expensive furniture or something so exclusive, it is enough to do everything carefully with love and keep it in perfect condition. Of course, it is important to offer the right area for the number of people. And it would not hurt to organize several rooms with bunk beds with sides for children.
Now separately about food in the dining room
Nutrition is acceptable for the average person.
But it remains unclear why it is impossible to put sugar on the table near the salt, to give people the right to decide for themselves whether to sweeten porridge and tea.
Tea is not drunk too sweet. The porridge is also very sweet but was eaten by force.
Interruptions with milk from 7 days of stay only 2 mornings were with really milk porridge, the rest was on water and with condensed milk that is very sad.
The same with an omelet, a bluish omelette on water, oversalted well, not very appetizing.
Many vacationers complained about not enough hearty dinner, but it is also a matter of personal habits.
Soups were also oversalted every other day.
It is clear that now the prices of food have risen, but the range of dishes is clearly not 200 UAH per day, including fresh fruit.
It is not taken into account that there may be children under 2 years who do not chew themselves properly (food blending is not offered)
I want to write separately about the infrastructure of the region. Boarding houses, sanatoriums and all others earn considerable wealth for those wishing to live by the sea. Where are the normal roads, why the territory outside the prestige-seeking boarding houses looks like homeless slums. People, have a dialogue with the authorities, develop not only yourself, but the way to yourself. It is not that difficult to get to you, but also disgusting.
At the general regional level, decisions must be made to ensure that the roads are good, the crossings are comfortable, and that all forms of ownership are pleasant, stylized, and agreeable.
