This year we re-rested "At Semenych", as we were very pleased with last year's vacation. This year, another building was added, which was completed last year. Our company was quite diverse - two disabled people, a daughter-in-law with her son in the second trimester of pregnancy, a 5-year-old child, a matchmaker with a niece, godfathers with a child, and a constant companion and member of our family, Jessia the bullmastiff. Considering that we, as a rule, arrive after work, they meet us halfway with the check-in and check-out process, we checked in on the evening of 06/26/20, and our vacation ended and moved out by mutual agreement with the administration on the evening of 06/29/20.
All days passed in a friendly atmosphere, jokes, smiles, laughter, songs, our gentle Odessa sun, Odessa humor and mutually open hearts to each other of all vacationers, administration and workers of the base. Vacationers who come to rest "At Semenych" quickly warm their souls, as if a piece of kindness, humor and benevolence of Odessa penetrates into them. Naturally, this depends on the generous kindness of the hosts, which then each vacationer spreads around him. And where does the negativity come from, if everyone is settled in luxury rooms, there are even rooms with kitchens.
Our children, son and wife, generally lived in a 6-bed room with our Jesse. They really liked this spacious room on the first floor, for about 1000 UAH / day. Tell me, please, where else in this difficult time can one see such a cordial attitude with such worthy conditions? I had the impression that we somehow moved in time to the warm, sincere, sympathetic, benevolent, humane times of our once Great Motherland.

The beach has not changed: one of the widest, spacious, clean with the finest sand soft as fluff, gentle sun, pure water, 30-40 meters to the cottage. A lot of people were with dogs, it was an additional decoration of our holiday. Lots of kids of all ages. All the children were subdued by our Jessie, there was not a single child who would pass by her without stroking her, which she gratefully accepted. Recreation is valued at the highest level. And any minor troubles that do not deserve attention are always and everywhere. They don't exist where people don't do anything. Therefore, I am surprised by some of the reviews with folded noses.
The base was filled to capacity with vacationers from all regions of Ukraine. No one quarreled with anyone, everyone smiled and joked. The tone was set by Odessa and Berdychev. Therefore, on 07/08/20-07/12/20 we booked rooms for an even larger company. When booking, again, they were very attentive to what and when, and tried to fulfill all our requests. The most pleasant thing is that despite the fact that last year we rested at Semenych for the first time, this year we were immediately recognized and we were dear people both for the administration and for vacationers who were familiar from last year's vacation.
I don't know of any other recreation center where they also managed to create such a cozy, friendly, literally homely atmosphere.
