It took a long time to choose the venue for the event. We traveled around the most rated restaurants on the left bank, but chose Bratislava and did not regret it.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Near public transport stops, metro within walking distance, shops, places where you can eat well and inexpensively (such as Puzata Hata) - it was convenient for the guests.

The condition and appearance of the restaurant hall, its furniture, lighting fully met our requirements. The layout of the room provides a place for musicians. There are 3 TVs in the hall, on which you can show video files from a flash drive. The security of the hotel, order and silence in it, the external decoration of the lobby, as well as the toilet are in excellent condition - expensive, tidy, comfortable.
The hotel provided a prestigious, two-room suite for the newlyweds as a gift. We also rented guest rooms there. All rooms came with free use of the hotel's secure car park, which was very convenient. They brought equipment, decorations, flowers, things, guests, etc. , left the car after the event, picked it up in the morning together with the young and the guests. Only the guards slowed down, getting confused in the lists and numbers of cars.
The hotel has a beauty salon, which we actively used.
All Bratislava staff are friendly and welcoming. Changed tables and menus several times. At the same time, managers Irina (Iryna Rogalska - as she is registered in viber) and Yulia Konovalyuk patiently listened to our wishes, suggested how to achieve rationality and wealth in the design and choice of dishes.
Irina very responsibly passed our wedding through herself, was constantly in touch with us, docked us with all the hotel employees who were involved in preparing for the event, on our initiative discussed everything to the smallest detail (we were worried that everything was enough for everyone, it was beautiful, etc. ) . d. ). Irina shared her experience in organizing the celebration of such events, her advice and recommendations were very useful to us.
The kitchen is perfect. Delicious, nicely presented, fresh food. Chef Alexander Zgursky. At our request, a dish was included in the menu, which Alexander effectively served with fires. We ordered a wedding cake from the hotel restaurant. Created by Tatyana. Previously, in order to be sure of the quality of the work, they ordered a cake for a sample from her and in both cases they were very pleased with both the taste and the design.

I will note the actions of the restaurant workers (Julia and Anna) in serving the feast. They were attentive, unobtrusive, everything was done in a timely manner. We looked after what and in what quantity is served on
table and did not see any negative points. Everything was served in accordance with the paid order, and the rest was neatly folded into plastic boxes we bought in advance. It came in handy on the second day. For all services in Bratislava, we paid with a card, which was convenient for us.
In general, my wife and I, after a month of preparation and experiences, were satisfied. The newlyweds liked everything. Guests, including foreigners from Europe, were delighted.
