The hotel is client-oriented from and to, we were met at the station and made an early check-in at no extra charge. We stayed in the "Honey Bee Dance" room. The room is very clean, linen, towels, white bathrobes. Loved the breakfast - lots of stuff. The hotel has its own garden and is large, we did not use it because it was terribly cold in Kyiv, but in summer this hotel is probably the best option for staying in the city.
