The request to move us to another room was rejected, we had to wait for the sofa to be repaired, for which, however, we received a compliment. But the most interesting thing was on the day of departure!! ! When booking, there was an agreement on a late check-out and there was no talk of having to pay extra for this, there was no talk of this when paying for the room (we were charged at the rate for 2 days). When the day of departure came, we were forced to leave before 12.00 and made of us complete idiots, "round eyes" and bewilderment, they say who could promise you such a thing. Neither the fact of correspondence, nor any other facts affected the reception manager, moreover, she tried to prove her case by raising her voice! And at that moment, when they saw on the cameras that we had left, they offered to live in another place for free!!!?? ? I would never recommend this "office" to anyone.
