Migera and the boorish receptionist (it’s hard to call her an adequate person, besides, she is the hostess of the hotel), it’s guaranteed to ruin your vacation! It will start with listing the rules of residence. It turns out that the entrance to the Hotel is allowed until 23.00 or from 7.00. I immediately had a question, but am I staying for an hour in a hostel or in a hostel for 1360 hryvnia per day? ! Of course, I said that I want to return to the room later, as I have the right to walk around Kiev at night... I listened to a storm of discontent and finally got the key to the front door. On the second day, leaving the room, they brazenly asked me “when are you leaving? ”, I said in a calm tone that they could come to clean up at lunchtime. The adventure is just beginning! In the evening, returning to the room, I decided to lie down... at 20.30 there is a short knock on the door and immediately opening my door in the room with my key. I am in shock, almost without clothes (I did not expect a visit) I ask: “And what does this mean? ”. I get the answer "I saw that your light is on. " It is logical that the light can be turned on in the room in the evening!! ! It's good that you apologized and left. The next morning. . . I invited my friends for tea and for beautiful photos in my room. . .
The administrator was rude to the first girl so that she was shocked by her demeanor and even didn’t want to come in... as a result, I met 2 more girls personally on the street to spend. On this day, there was no cleaning, only 2 out of 4 towels were left, one glass, one cup with a saucer and a spoon were left in the room. To the question "why so? " there was a short answer “you have paid for a room of the Superior Suite Apartment (and this is the best room in the hotel, for a minute! ) for only one person. ” Here is this sloppiness! Even in cups! It was very noisy at night, people settled in and at the reception they found out about living for a very long time. The end result is an almost sleepless night. Departure day. . . I politely approach the reception with a request to leave things for storage from 12.00 to 18.00, since the train is in the evening. Found a place, I moved things. And here is the most interesting thing. . . The hotel administrator says that I have a lot of bags, and that she allows me to leave only 2 for storage, I need to take the rest with me. . . I burst into tears from surprise. How? ? It was possible, but now it is impossible? ? Trying to find a solution to the issue for all suitcases, she offers me an ultimatum “or pay for the extension of the room until the evening in the amount of 750 UAH. (although I don’t need a number, just leave my things), or the full cost of the room is standard 990 UAH ”If you don’t agree, then you can’t leave any bag for storage. In parallel with this, dissatisfaction with my appearance is expressed: “do not walk down the corridor in pajamas” and “learn to live in a hotel, I have guests living here. ” Excuse me, but who am I then?

In confusion and despair, I return to the room, crying... I have never been so humiliated... for nothing!
I decide to extend my room until the evening, only euros are available from the money. I propose to pay 20-25 € at the reception, I get the answer “we don’t accept in foreign currency and is it difficult for you to change it ?! ”. I say “it’s not difficult, it’s just a matter of time, and I have important things to do, now I need to go out and I can’t be late. ” I get a caustic comment "I wish you a productive meeting. " I go out angry, the day is completely ruined... Yes, besides, the administrator took the key to the external door “you don’t need it, the door will be open at 17.30”. I arrive at 17.45... the door is closed... As a result, there was little time, I pay for the room, pick up my things, call a taxi. I sit in a taxi with relief and think “with such a service in a hotel, we are still far from Europe... or Thank God that this hell is over. ” I don’t want anyone to feel humiliated, insulted and trampled morally for your own money. This hotel is not worthy of your presence in it! Think 100% before booking and settling in the Royal City Hotel at 13a Dmitrievskaya St. I do not advise categorically!
