We were in this hotel for several days. The impression left is not the most pleasant. The first thing that catches your eye is the reception, located immediately in the lobby / corridor of the hotel. The approach to it is lined with luxurious chairs (all in Victorian style). The corridor always pleased with "pleasant" smells, either feces, or dirty, long unwashed linen. Room: at first it seems cozy, which has everything. The headboard is separate from the bed, which blocks access to sockets, so you can only talk about charging the phone at the bedside table for one person, on the other hand, you can’t get to the socket. The furniture claims to be luxury, in the Victorian style. But it's a bit dated and shabby. Clothes hangers were found right on the bedside lamp. Each has two hangers. In the evening we discovered that for some reason there was no hot water at all in the room. They responded promptly to the request to fix it - they said that the water should be allowed to flow. We tried it - let it flow for 20 minutes from each tap and the maximum that we got was water at room temperature. On the third day of water procedures, warm water appeared in almost cold water. In addition, the bathroom was flooded before, which is clearly visible on the ceiling. The air vent on the ceiling was sealed with white tape and paper, which clearly states that the fine for smoking in the room is 1000 UAH. The paper on the second day of stay clearly fell to the floor, the remnants of putty were in the bathroom. Removed "promptly" late in the evening. The room was not always cleaned, as the maid did not have time to clean all the rooms, so she came in the evening and asked if she could clean it, otherwise she did not have time. There must be only one maid for this hotel. Hence the smells in the poorly ventilated corridor. The bathroom has everything you need for a temporary stay: shampoo, shower gel, soap, as well as a shaving kit, it is worth noting that it is not the first freshness, judging by the cardboard box soaked with water. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, so it is suggested to dine in a cafe adjacent to the hotel. Having ordered everything in advance from the evening at a certain time, disappointment awaited. The cafe did not receive any orders from the hotel, so we had to wait about half an hour for our order. Claiming for 4 stars and taking into account the cost of the room, it is worth reconsidering the quality of service in this hotel. Of the obvious pluses - only a convenient location. Unfortunately, we would not take the responsibility to recommend this hotel further.
