The hotel was built in the mid-80s, but renovated in the style of "European renovation". maybe there are old numbers. we had a nice spacious room (double standard category), clean, comfortable, good view from the window (7th floor, on the Dnieper). It is a pleasure to walk from the hotel to the center. we did not take breakfast, because. their cost is inadequate - for this money you can have a great meal in the center in an excellent restaurant.
