3 звезды? 3 stars?

I was looking for a budget option and this was the case, you expect less code, but you get more. Somehow it all came together. at rush hour arrived in 10 minutes (promised for 5). But given that the working day and the traffic was overloaded - forgivable. I stayed for a long time, because I decided to change the room to a room with a balcony. You can’t smoke in the rooms (((so I had to wait for a replacement until the room was cleaned. I was offered to kill the waiting time in the restaurant or visit the sports complex - there is a huge sports life with all sorts of bells and whistles on the territory. I see this for the first time - so that you can visit the sports life without a subscription))) but I was sitting in a restaurant. came up to me ten times: is it tasty? maybe water? constantly reported on the preparation of the issue. in short, a feeling, like a five-star staff settled in a three-star hotel) Pride for our country - what are we like! It's nice when for inexpensive conditions you are still treated like a person.
the room is very bright, it seems like new beds, the bathroom is very clean (the first thing I pay attention to). I don't understand why three stars. because everything is very European.
If anyone is counting on 4 stars - I advise.
