The staff is just awful! Were 19.01. 21 in the SPA, ordered two hours. 18.01. 21 when booking by phone, the administrator said that everything was working. We arrived on 19.01. The administrator showed everything, took me to the SPA area, showed me the phone by which you can order from the restaurant and said that everything was working. When we called the restaurant to place an order, the restaurant replied that nothing could be ordered. Then we went up to the administrator, the administrator said that it was no longer possible. When asked why she had not said earlier that the restaurant was closed, she simply nodded her head. We told her that then, we would only stay for one hour instead of two and asked her to calculate the amount for one hour, to which the receptionist replied that it was good. Then, when we left the SPA area, she said that we had to pay for two hours. When asked to invite a senior administrator, she said that she was the senior administrator. When asked why she did not explain that the restaurant was closed before we arrived, she did not answer. We would simply refuse to visit the spa. The staff is incompetent and poorly trained. Can't communicate. They provide false information over the phone. This set is not recommended at all. It's just a nightmare. Zero service. We will never come again and do not recommend to anyone.
