This year was terrible.
We lived in a junior suite, probably a toilet, air conditioning in the room, 2-bed.
The dirt is incredible. We stopped by - the floor was all greasy, the sink, the toilet bowl were dirty, everything was in the sand and not only. There was no inventory. When I asked to be cleaned, the maid said that she already had so many rooms, take a walk until the evening on the beach, but where should I go for a walk, I stopped at 13-00 with a one-year-old child and it was hot on the beach. So no one removed it. I went to the administration, they said that they would figure it out, but they didn’t figure it out, the next day I got the inventory and cleaned everything myself, as far as possible without detergents and rundown inventory.
No toilet paper, trash bag or soap provided. No, the maid said. Towels were issued only after 2 days, there were also none. The service is super easy.

The refrigerator did not work, the boiler leaked, but the barrel did not flush. Every day in the room, some repairs were going on. Then the lock broke.
The only thing I can say is that there is a very good manager in the dining room, she has order there and cooks normally.
Rested that year, this was not. If they had known, they would not have gone. Even as an evil advice to a friend, before she herself was there, she called me - angry, she says that for a hole - like in a trash can - dirt. No one cleans and the room was also dirty.
