I was lucky to have a rest in this "elite" place at the beginning of June 2020.
We rented a cottage.
Eliteness ends at the price - 4050 UAH per day. We were lucky, however, the 2nd day was "for the action of May" at 1900 UAH / day.
There are no toiletries. There is only a "dispenser" in the shower room - to wash your hands, you need to go into the shower room, draw detergent into your palm, and then return to the sink. On our request, the administrator replied that they did not provide.
Toilet paper Obukhov. This is a disgrace no less than the lack of toiletries.
There are no slippers (well, there are few places, but for an "elite" place of rest, their absence was unexpected).
The door to the bedroom sagged and did not close - rested on the floor. Only when we told about it on the last day of rest, they decided to fix it. Those. between vacationers, no one does an audit of the room.

The handle of the door to the toilet creaked so that it probably woke up the neighbors in the next cottage at night.
The refrigerator is very loud. It is impossible to sleep in this room.
There is no trash can in the room - only a toilet paper basket. There are no additional trash bags.
The house has a veranda. There is no wastebasket on the veranda. Collect all rubbish in the bags that you brought with you.
The room was not cleaned from the day of arrival (we checked in on Thursday, check out on Sunday). There was also nothing to collect the sand that was involuntarily brought from the beach.
Cutlery for 3 persons, and chairs for 2 persons - bring a folding chair with you. We went on Thursday.
The room lacks at least some reception contacts or WiFi access data. Also, there is no at least some kind of guest instruction with the conditions of accommodation and the schedule of the dining room and restaurant. As a result, having settled in, I had to go to the reception again and remember the access. And for contacts, they gave some kind of mobile phone number, which I photographed on a smartphone. But I have never been able to get through to him.
There is no sink with water and detergent in the barbecue area. Barbecues are dirty. All were filled with old ashes and cigarette butts. There was also no fire-fighting preparation - a fire extinguisher, sand, etc. accessories.
We checked in on a Thursday, but washing our feet when leaving the beach was turned on only on Sunday.
At the same time, the wooden flooring was covered with sand, and after washing your feet, you again walked along the sand, collecting sand again for shoes.
The paths near the beach were not swept up - there was sand on them all the time that we were there.

You could find out information about the temperature of water and air in a nearby hotel. They don't do stuff like that here.
At the same time, construction equipment calmly drove along the beach - an excellent level.

The entrance to the base goes along a narrow "street", along which cars constantly drive, because. This "elite" institution does not have a direct entrance to the parking lot. And if you want to watch the sunset on the estuary or go to a nearby grocery store, then get ready to snuggle up against the fences in case someone wants to move in or out. With cargo transport, even this will not help.
We closed our eyes to all this and just waited for the rest to end.
During the last conversation with the administrator there was a phrase: "What do you want, this is not Rixos... ". That says it all.
