In the end, after the scandal, the girl from the cleaning of the rooms came with a bucket and washed us in the toilet, and gave us an air freshener. But the worst was yet to come. We came to have breakfast, but there was no one else at the bar, there was dirt around, unwashed glasses, they forgot to turn on the water in the morning, all the drunk staff were sleeping after the August 24 celebration. The waiter came out and started putting breakfast on the dirty tables for us, which is impossible to eat, a spread, and cheap sausages.
When asked about dirt, he began to snap. I thought it would only be like this for one day, but it has always been like this, every day. Then we went to the reception to find out about the water, they shouted at us, saying that it was not our fault that the staff was sleeping and there was no one to turn on the hot water, although the water should have already been supplied. In the evening it turned out that the heater had already broken down, I was in a quiet shock, because on the 24th and 25th they did not give water, it was impossible even to take a shower. As a result, we were settled on the first floor, where at least cold water reached. But the dirt in the room is terrible, in the shower, and the air conditioner is just another story.
The pools are very dirty, they were cleaned only 1 time in a week, and the small white one was not cleaned at all, and it turned green. The trash cans are overflowing, dirt and bags, plastic cups flew around the territory for days, the staff just walks past the dirt and pretends not to notice. Until you clean up someone else's garbage around you, you won't be able to relax normally. If at night and not only young people drink cocktails and leave glasses near the sun loungers, then they could stand for 3 days, no one cares about this. In general, I do not recommend it at all. Normal were only bartenders, but not the waiter. At the reception, the girls behave very pretentiously, they can go on screaming. The music rumbles all day and until night, and even from the Dolphinarium, the cry is the same every day. Rest is questionable. We'll never go again
