We rested at the Dolphin Hotel (Koblevo) from August 3 to August 11.2017. Dear tourists, do not go to their dining room, our whole family (3 adults and a child) was put in a regional hospital with food poisoning after dinner in this viper. Poisoned we had stale meat on the evening before departure. At a convincing request to meet with the manager, the administrator was frostbitten... Food is brought in dirty dishes... once I noticed a huge green fly in my plate at dinner in pilaf !! ! complete unsanitary conditions !!! ! !!!!! The rooms are not cleaned, towels are not changed. . A family suite with 3 meals for 4 people cost 2800 UAH per day. . And for this money they allow themselves to serve meager, spoiled food + lack of elementary service Take care of yourself, don't ever go to this shit hole!!!!!
I want to note that the people who do their job 100% are security guards Sergei and Vladimir, the "only" who work in this garbage chute, under the loud name "hotel", they are always ready to help, unlike the rest of the cattle staff. Plus only in nice territory, proximity to the sea, but everything is spoiled by employees who do not want to clean the rooms (referring to the low water pressure, although the pressure was excellent) cooks who cook not for people, but for cattle . . feeding guests with spoiled, stale food in a dirty dish. Conclusion: they take a lot of money, as for Ukraine, and in return they give back food poisoning !! ! Take care of yourself! and bypass this terrible place !!!!!??? ?
