We've been here for several years now and every year the situation gets worse. The food is simply disgusting and I would like to wish the local chefs to eat like this all their lives. We went once for a test and came out hungry - it was difficult to eat. The plumbing in the room is rusty, the pressure is weak and you need to be patient to wash. Our toilet was flushed every other time and this also added "positive" to our rest. For two weeks the maid never cleaned the room or changed the linen. When we checked in, we were given three small towels for three. According to the administration, we had to wipe our face and legs and everything else with them for two weeks. There is no kettle and cups in the room as before. In general, apparently the administration does not care at all. We've been here for 5 years in a row and now we won't be back. It is a pity that the administration is indifferent to everything and nothing is being done to improve the condition of the rooms.
