As it turned out later, both the administration and the cleaning lady were also not aware, because my room had not even been cleaned after the previous tenants by my arrival. The room was cleaned for us closer to 17 hours after the 3rd reminder. The guys who came with us. There was no light in the shower room and they repaired it the next day. Dinners ordered by me for 5 people. in their "restaurant" were not recorded in the list. That is, we come to their dining room hungry, and they tell us that we are not on the lists. When I asked for a refund for the unused dinner at check-out, they told me that we were served dinner the next day. I was rightly indignant, I did not order dinner for the next day or for any other day, they told me, We don’t know anything, the money was paid.
