After staying in this hotel for two days, we fled from this place. For such cases, they have written in the contract upon settlement that the cost of two days is withheld upon early departure, pay attention to this! They know people are running away.
So:
My mother got food poisoning at dinner the first day. They brought us sour steam cutlets. For breakfast the next day, we cautiously ordered syrniki and cocoa, as the cafe is no longer nearby! And you need something to feed your kids. It is a trap! We waited for our order for 30 minutes, I thought it was probably fresh cheesecakes being fried, after asking where they are, they brought us one serving of the ordered four cold cheesecakes and cold cocoa !!! ! And then they asked: what else did you have? How many servings are there? whatoooooo??????
I started to shake! This was the last straw! We endured, endured and decided to leave!
And here is what we have endured:

A very small room, where there was no place even to properly decompose a suitcase and we slept with an open balcony because I was allergic to a strange smell in the room.
The lock in the room was broken! And they didn't fix it! As it turned out, he has been torturing his residents for three years already, everyone in the hotel knows about this room and this castle and they do nothing with it!! ! They looked at my husband as if he was handicapped, who, like, cannot cope with the lock, which only needs to be pulled 50 times so that it closes after the 10th time you call for help! This is nonsense! How much does it cost to change this lock? This is a mockery!
The sea... threw a mountain of algae onto the hotel beach, which smelled unpleasantly and covered the approach to the sea with a thick strip... as it turned out, such situations happen to them, and the administration was not going to clear them, saying - go to the public beach, and we let's wait until the sea itself takes them . . what?? ? We have only a week of rest and every day is worth its weight in gold!! ! We arrived at the sea, and the beach is covered in algae, how so? ? And on the city there is no tent, and we are with children and it is critical for us. A day later there was a storm and the algae washed off the beach . . but the day was already lost and the dumb question: what if the storm was in three days? Or in a week, when we have to leave?

I am very sorry that for some reason I fell for the good reviews of the hotel, apparently fake. In addition to us, there were other unhappy vacationers who were dissatisfied with all the same factors. Some came for 16 days and I was sincerely sorry for them...
I drove out of the hotel just dancing with joy. Now we are in another, which is like heaven against the backdrop of hell.
I wrote this review to warn and warn against all those negative emotions that we experienced in this place.

I really want the administration to listen to such reviews and instead of withholding money from people fleeing in a panic from them (yes, they also withheld payment from us for two days for one of the numbers !! ), they sincerely apologize for the spoiled rest and mend. Or closed and did not torment people! I'm already silent about the moral damage...
but unfortunately I got the impression that the changes will not follow. The castle of that room will continue to torment vacationers. And the food poison the guests. And the algae, if thrown out again, will continue to lie there for the next storm.
At such moments, I think, would people who organize such a vacation for others want to relax like that themselves, live in a cramped room with a broken lock, lie on such a beach, eat such cheesecakes, drinking cold cocoa and eating sour meatballs? Knowing that they only have 7 days of sea a year. . .
