We rested at the end of June 2013 in a deluxe room. A roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap is all you will have from the hotel. So you need to bring everything else with you (this is not Dubai for you). And the furniture is somehow not enough (there are no wardrobes, but there is something with shelves without doors (see photo). A two-room suite, in the second room there is only a bed (no bedside tables for you, nothing else like a shelf for a book and a watch) "We have to store all this on chairs. Such a suite is for you. I'm even afraid to imagine the equipment of standard rooms. "
The hotel is not well suited for families with small children. The beach is not sandy (as it is written on the site), but shell, or rather broken shell rock. It is better for children to take beach shoes. Any moshkara winds over these shell mountains.
The seashore is teeming with sea fleas, which rather disgustingly stick around their legs and begin to crawl along them. A cloud of these small worms completely repulsed the child’s desire to swim. Then an inflatable pool is very useful (it is better to take water away from the coast - less shrimp and fleas will fall).

In general, the hotel is poorly located - there are only suburban areas around, there is nowhere to buy fruit (you have to go to Lugovoe), one shop for the whole village, civilization - zero.
There are no ramps or elevators in the hotel (carry strollers up the stairs on your hands). Staircase leading to the room - in the photo.
Playground - one name (photo attached).
A couple of times we saw snakes on the territory of the hotel - so the children need to run very carefully on the grass (after all, the steppe is all around).
Take spider repellent with you, as they often crawl into the room. My husband killed them, because these creatures in the south are very large.
The food in the hotel restaurant is good (complex breakfast - 35, lunch - 55, dinner 45 hryvnia). But from vegetables, mostly cucumbers and tomatoes every day. So I really regretted that there was no sensible market nearby to buy something for a change.
In the market in Lugovoe, fruits are imported, as in all of Koblevo (bananas, apricots, apples). So you can’t eat plenty of fruits and berries here.
And one more thing: the water was very cold - practically no one swam until June 20th.
