Location.
Pretty good location in a quiet area. 7 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the nearest shops-cafes, 20 minutes to the Moldovan part (where there are many cafes, discos, etc. )
Number
The rooms are quite shabby (at least those that I have seen) and small in size. The mattress on the bed is dirty and uncomfortable, the sheet is too small for such a mattress, a little larger than the mattress itself, it constantly strove to slide off. A small room, a small bathroom (do not turn around plainly). True number is not expensive relatively.
The quality of TV channel reception depended on his mood. Sometimes it's okay, sometimes it's really bad. At the reception they said that it depends on the location of the ships near the coast (?? ).
WiFi caught only in two, it was not in the rooms. They said that something broke and therefore WiFi is nowhere.
At the recreation center.

On the territory there is a playground, and at some hours children's animation. You can leave the child for a couple of hours. Many vacationers with children.
Also on the territory there are several swimming pools with children's slides, the entrance to which is paid (! ), UAH 50 before lunch, 60 per person in the afternoon. That is, for the whole day 110 UAH. from a person!
Parking five minutes walk from the base (paid, 15 UAH per day).
Nutrition.
At first we ate in the canteen at the base. It seemed inexpensive and more or less tasty, although the choice is poor. Until one day they found spoiled tomatoes in a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes! Apparently stale vegetables were sprinkled fresh on top. Cutlets in the same breakfast were also not fresh. As a result, the wife and child had a stomach ache in the evening. The poisoning was not strong, but still unpleasant. After that, they didn't eat there anymore.
Within a radius of 5-10 minutes you can find enough canteens and cafes, but the quality there is also not always up to par.
Koblevo.
Koblevo itself is rather provincial. The roads are bad, there are not enough sidewalks, you have to maneuver between cars in places, there is no embankment, cafes and canteens mostly look rustic in a soviet way.
It is very noisy in the Moldovan part, it is not worth living there with children, only for party-goers without children.
Sea.
Perhaps we were just unlucky, but the sea was dirty almost all the time. From just dirty to very dirty. Perhaps due to a small storm and wind from the sea. Only on the last day of our stay, the sea calmed down and became a little cleaner. True, there were small jellyfish.
One day we went to Odessa, where the sea was more or less clean and there were no waves.
