Finding the phone number of the hotel "Palace" on the Internet, I called and booked a room for 2 for 420 UAH. without prepayment.
Arriving at the hotel, we hurried to immediately take the money. Having provided a plastic card, the administrator asked if we had any cash, because. their terminal is not working. I said that I only have a card, and he tried to withdraw money through the terminal. The terminal hung, and the administrator wanted to try again, but I said wait, maybe "the connection is bad. " After a couple of seconds, the check came out. It's good that I didn't let you withdraw 420 UAH a second time!!!

Further we study, the bed reality is colored, wrinkled and it feels like someone in front of us was sleeping in this bed. We close our eyes and try to take a shower, because. just off the road. In the shower in the cubicle, the doors of the shower cubicle do not close, in general they are simply broken. I tried to fix it myself - no, it did not work!
The wife begins to bathe and one more news, the water does not go away. Those. she stands bone-deep in soapy water.
I'm starting to type and I'm starting to get nervous. Money paid for a service we haven't found yet. . .
I open the closet - 1 bathrobe hangs, which stinks of borscht. I don't get it, is this a joke????

It's October, it's raining and damp. I try the battery - cold. I called the administrator, I asked what happened to the batteries, whether it was heating or not. To which he replied that the heating is turned on by time, I ask you to turn it on now, because. it's cold in the room. He says it's included, but it's still cold in the room. Then he calls back, apologizes and says that they recently launched an autonomous system and therefore there may be problems in heating. This is not happy and I go to the "reception" (if this place can be called that).
I come and say, in room 5, it's cold, the bed is wrinkled, 1 set of slippers and towels, a dressing gown that stinks of borscht, a broken shower stall, and a clogged drain in the shower. I ask you to give a normal number, or return the money and we are going to look for another hotel.
To which the administrator with a calm face says that there are more rooms for 420 UAH. no, there is only deluxe. If we do not mind paying the difference from 770 UAH, then we will be accommodated in another room. I started to get nervous. And he asked to return the money, because. I'm not going to pay the difference. I told the administrator that I was waiting in the room for a solution. The administrator said that he would call the owner of the hotel and find out what he should do.
After 5 minutes, he returned and said that he would put us in another room at no extra charge.
We were placed in room number 6. I went there and asked the administrator if everything is fine and everything works?? ? He said yes. Ok, we are moving to this room, because. There is no more time and you need to go to a meeting. Leaving room number 5, some electrical wires were already hanging in the corridor overhead. Came to room number 6.
The bed is finally white, visually everything seems to be fine. It's cold in the room. One battery is barely warm, the other is cold. Minus, the "throne" in the toilet staggers, the lid and the rim on the toilet bowl are yellow, despite the fact that the toilet bowl is white. The flow of water is still barely there. Clogged. A caterpillar was crawling on the ceiling in the room.
All also 1 set of slippers, towels and 1 bathrobe. The room is really cold.

1. I called the administrator and asked if there should be water in the room, where is it? He says, what is not on the table?? ? I say "No! He says, then I can bring you a teapot!! ! I say no thanks. Now a friend will bring me normal water from the store.
2. In the morning, when we were going to leave, packing our suitcase in the room, I found a tampax under the battery (thank God it was sealed). But this is what rudeness, disrespect for the client, uncleanliness of the rooms and generally unacceptable attitude. That's horrible! But thank God we are already leaving.
3. In the cozy cafe of Gostiny Dvor, we were served a free breakfast in the morning - cold scrambled eggs, an ordinary, not boiled or fried sausage, stale and dried bread, half a small tomato, coffee and stale buns.

Terrible service, cleanliness, service, quality, price, food - yes EVERYTHING is terrible!
I do not recommend visiting this hotel.
I will definitely unsubscribe to the program "Inspector" and personally to Olga Freimut, so that they conduct a second audit and deprive the hotel of the branded award "Inspector Recommends"!
