On the Booking website they declare themselves as pets friendly, but in fact they do not allow dogs with them, even in a carrier and their own cage. This is half the trouble, we agreed to let the dog spend the night in the car, but then a complete mess began, they simply refused to check us in at all, motivating it by the fact that they said we would suddenly sneak out at night and bring the dog into the room!!! !
Despite the fact that the reservation was confirmed by Booking, we were simply put out on the street in the middle of the night with a small child. The nerves, time, and spoiled mood are a total nightmare. At the same time, the rude people at the reception did not even apologize. I want as many people as possible to learn about the fame of this hotel and never check in to them!
