The first trouble is that, most of the umbrellas on the beach were occupied by businessmen - they put 2 sun loungers under them and took 40 UAH. in half a day... I didn’t expect this....that year, all the umbrellas were bases, and this year they were not bases....somehow strange...

This year we got the room, to put it mildly, not very well (dirty, the furniture is terrible), but I was ready that I would not live in an apartment... the food in the dining room deteriorated this year (until this year it was always very good). Prices were raised - I thought that the food would be just as good, but this year I was disappointed in their dining room. there were days that they didn’t understand at all what they were paying money for, but there were days that it was delicious... in different ways...
but the most terrible thing this year is our neighborhood with the maid-cleaner D... Roy Alexandrovna !! ! this is an unbalanced woman (it’s not clear at all where she got there), who allowed herself to raise her voice at us, talked to herself on the phone - shouted into the phone that loud-speaking grandmothers and grandchildren settled here with her, so that we could hear, forbade us to communicate at 8 o'clock in the evening (probably she wanted us to be silent and sit each in our rooms), recorded our conversations on the phone, yelled at the children and many other things that were unacceptable for the staff. we really had 3 children, but we are all in At 22.00 they went to bed, and they didn’t interfere with anyone except herself . . then we went to the administrator and asked their employee to calm down. The administrator called her in front of us, she began to argue with the administrator and complain that we were talking loudly, even offered to listen to the recording from the phone "how they talk. " The administrator explained to her that she was at her workplace, and not on vacation, and if we don’t interfere with anyone except her alone, then these are her problems... but she apparently doesn’t understand well... and the next day she was talking to herself on the phone again. . . didn't apologize, walked around with a look like we owe her something. . .
A big request to the administration - be more serious about the sanitary books of your attendants !! ! especially to help from a psychiatrist !!!!
