At 22:00 there is no loud music on the territory, etc. , and in general there is not much noise during the day, there are also small boarding houses around with similar rules, so you can sleep without problems.
There are air conditioners in many rooms, in the most budget fans like. TVs - in every room, we don't watch in principle, but there are a couple of dozen popular channels.
In general, the staff tries not to touch you for no particular reason, but always responds to requests, so do not be surprised at some "detachment" - they simply do not want to interfere with your rest, they give you freedom to the maximum. If you need anything - ask, do not be shy, there are very nice people here.
To the sea on foot - 10 minutes, the beach of the sanatorium "Gileya" and "Sail" - very wide, regularly cleaned, the beach is sandy with shells mixed slightly, the sunset is gentle and safe, especially for children. There is entertainment on the beach - all sorts of slides, rides, catamarans, banana rides, etc. , but not so much. In the evening you can sit in the bars of the boarding houses of the first line, take a walk "toward the sunset", again, it is always very calm here.
The market is far away - at least 15 minutes to go, a good selection of fruits, many cafes, there is an ATM (sometimes does not work), then only go to the center - another 20 minutes.

Now, in order: we lived with a 3-year-old daughter together in a double room with amenities for 110 UAH. from a person. The room is very small even for one person, there are spiders everywhere, the walls are dirty: everything is smeared with insect corpses and various stains, the windows are dirty, dust is everywhere, the curtains are in greasy stains, the mattresses on the bed are old springs, creak from the slightest rustle. Plumbing - rusty and dirty, instead of a bath, just a hole in the floor, and clogged. When you take a shower - ankle-deep water! Near each number in advertising the arbor has been declared. In fact, there are only 4 pavilions for 5 rooms. When I asked a question about our gazebo, the owner said: “Ask there... ” In short, share as you like! The only plus is that it was quiet and calm at the base, no discos in the evenings and drunken orgies. I strongly do not recommend this hostel!
