Then we asked for a gazebo (before the wedding, when ordering the menu, we were told that it will be a gift when there are more than 50 guests, we asked if it can be used on the second day, the administrator Victoria said it is possible (this answer was heard 6 man) !!!!! ) to have breakfast there, we were not given it, they said that a person 100 UAH. , later became UAH 50. they could not figure out what the amount should be, who went about a long road for about 12 years (you knew that our guests are not local, that they are from different cities of Ukraine) We are 40 minutes. , and even less had to find food for guests to have a snack! ! ! !!
Accordingly, everyone was unpleasantly surprised and upset.
we wanted to talk to the director (who was hiding in the institution at the time and did not come out to us), so no one came to us, except the administrator Victoria and the security guard (it's very funny). In such an institution, hide behind the administrator and security guard ! ! ! ! !!

It's just a "hiding place" of some kind: in the suburbs of Lutsk, in the village of Strumivka, in the middle of a pine forest, the territory is well-groomed, alpine slides-fountains, lanterns-gazebos, a summer playground. Car parking. On it too, the truth, neither the tank, nor the armored personnel carrier didn't stand, well so on that they and superfluous "westerners", all under cover at them.
And most importantly, probably for everything, to put my vigilance to sleep and lure to myself, what tricks did not go! And they talked politely on the phone, and put such a cute young lady on the recipe. And she gives me - once, get, and gives a kind of number, decent and clean, with windows to the forest and with adjustable heating. Then - more: she planned an even more sophisticated torture in the evening, so immediately at the settlement issued a card on which you had to choose breakfast.
Well, it is clear that this was done with the intention of ruining the enemy's new day in the morning, and nothing good could await me at that breakfast: juice, coffee with milk, scrambled eggs with vegetables and cheese and pancakes with jam. And everything is fresh, delicious. The main thing was that the Blueberry Juice was given, apparently, as they hid in the swamps, collected in between, and rolled into bottles, they foresaw, not otherwise, that they would have to feed the enemy, that's why they tried.
And how perversely mocked the visiting guest: and put the right amount of towels, and put water in the room, and the TV worked, and the refrigerator buzzed, and even soap-shampoo-toilet paper was not taken away! Slippers are not put. But usually whites are, apparently, decided not to upset in advance with bad analogies.

In case someone takes for granted all the above - SPECIAL MESSAGE: in the western part of our country, as in all of Ukraine, there are absolutely normal, adequate, good people. They all don't care: you speak Russian, Ukrainian, Yiddish, Swahili or any other language. If you are a foreign (or foreign) guest - they will do everything to make your stay in their city pleasant.
I really liked the "Altamira": good location (3 km from Lutsk, suburbs, but very close), convenient transportation (there are minibuses and trolleybuses, if you are in your car - parking at the hotel, near gas station and car service), comfortable rooms, very nice staff. A restaurant with something African interior, but in a soft pastel color that shouts nothing. At least he doesn't look like a shaman. This is a really good hotel in Lutsk.
