1). The place is not crowded, this is both a plus and a minus. the infrastructure of the village is poorly developed. nowhere to go
2). There is no decent cafe, there is nowhere to eat. We ate at the Armenian market several times - the food is delicious, but the atmosphere is terrible... there is Tatyana to take away, in the same market there is nothing, but with a container for soups, the trouble is a glass without a lid, until you bring it, everything will spill (
The "big spoon" is a Soviet canteen based on the "comet" (sort of), the food is also okay, but again the atmosphere, everything is very abandoned and dirty dishes...
2). The beach is clean, sandy, the sea is shallow, sometimes cold because of the estuary (a frequent occurrence), then it got warmer, but there were a lot of jellyfish, in the morning it was very clean-glass, in the evening it was dirtier.

3) the hotel looks decent. Hall, dining room, flights of stairs - everything is decent, no complaints, but the rooms....This is just a complete disappointment, and not only with us... A lot of vacationers were outraged.
Everything is in the details: the furniture is tired, the hinges are fastened together, the drawers do not open well, the refrigerator is rusty and did not open well. All walls are covered in dead insects. The room was very poorly cleaned. Cut nails lay on the floor, the plumbing was dirty and rusty, the shower was covered in fungus, everything was leaking and there was a constant smell of urine (other tenants also cursed about this). The overhead shower didn't work due to rust. In short, the rooms are in trouble. The manager needs to pay very close attention to this - cleaning and service at a very low level
3). The staff is normal. An imperturbable woman sits at the reception. In general, they respond to requests and complaints. Nice girls in the dining room, also young girls clean up, probably not at all experienced or trained in how to clean and in what condition to rent a room.
4). In the dining room, the food is normal, but complained about the lack of meat. Breakfast is plentiful - cheese, butter, sausage, bread, milk porridge, pancakes, tea, yorurt (already brewed and with sugar is served in a metal teapot - very surprised, like in a Soviet canteen) - more than enough. Lunch - a pot of soup or borscht with a scoop (there is a serving for 4-5 people), the second is mashed potatoes with a cue ball, or something like that, tea.
Dinner - garnish with minced meat. pepper, lettuce, ryazhenka - light. Everything is fine if it weren’t for a tough schedule - lunch for 1 hour and the absence of teaspoons (- it’s not clear how yorurt is) and this strange vision - to pour tea from a teapot, it’s better to have a kampot, but not tea, and even with sugar (and if someone sometimes he doesn’t like it with sugar or likes it stronger). Pancakes and syrniki are just super... so tasty only at home.

five). The territory is well-groomed, the roses are weeded and watered, the figurines are just comfort for the children, there are corners with mini ponds, the playground is old, it can be seen that they made it on their own. The pool is not big, but it saved when the sea was full of jellyfish. There, the shallow gradually becomes deeper, mostly children's daughters, but you can take a dip . . After dinner, there are a lot of children in the pool. There are not enough sun loungers for everyone, but probably more is not needed, so there is not much space anyway. The bar was a little annoying at night with loud music, but we didn’t have any particular complaints.
After reading reviews about hotels on the Odessa coast, I realized that a few of the owners have an idea of what a decent boarding house should be like. Basically, claims to cleanliness, you can put up with everything, but the dirt in the room and the terrible state of plumbing discouraged any desire to come there or advise anyone to go there.
