We came for 1 day to relax on the lake. 100 km from the location of the complex. Photos on the site and a description of the complex with an “application for victory”, an equestrian club, all kinds of sports entertainment, a shooting range, bicycles, rollerblades, hyge houses, everything you can think of with entertainment can be found here! BUT!! ! The entrance to the complex is 50 UAH (I think it is adequate), the entrance to the beach is 200 UAH. We arrived at 13.00. On the phone the day before, the girl said that this price includes an umbrella and a sunbed. In fact, look for dirty and half-broken sunbeds and carry it yourself, there is no free umbrella. The view of the beach - as if the city, not well maintained. The grass is not cut, the awning is some kind of torn mesh on a rusty structure (see photo).
I do not want to seem spoiled, but this cannot be in a complex that declares itself at such a level! With this entry price. It’s clear that you don’t like it, don’t go, but why such an attitude towards guests? Personally, I will not come again and will not recommend to anyone. Although the day before, there were thoughts in my head in the fall to rent a house. And I heard more than one or two such reviews for the whole day on the beach. People are willing to pay for service and comfort. And left the impression that you "threw". After all, not much is needed to ennoble this beach.
Dear founders of Viking Bay, reputation is a priceless thing these days. Pay attention to your beach and service. Maybe you don't know, look at the photo. I'm not the only client you've lost because of the "it goes" attitude. Such a beautiful complex, nature, etc. But the beach ruined the experience. The price of entry to the beach does not match the quality at all. You want to return and pay money where you are at least respected as a client.
