We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2010.
If you like small, chamber hotels of a good European level - "Chopin" is for you.
For example, I was very pleased when I found such a hotel on the Internet, according to my taste. And "Chopin" did not deceive my expectations.
The hotel is located in a small, very cozy and quiet square, but at the same time it is within easy reach of the noisy and active center. We walked 5-7 minutes to the monument to Mickiewicz.
The hotel staff - on "5" with "+", at any time of the day (and nights too! - we arrived after a wedding country feast at about 3 am : ) ) they smiled at us and carefully listened to all our requests and wishes, moreover , asked what time we would go down for breakfast so that everything was ready and we did not have to wait! : )

By the way, about breakfast - on the first day there were some small roughnesses with the serving and the speed of cooking (breakfast at the hotel is continental), but the next day, it must be admitted that everything was just perfect and wonderfully delicious! : )
As for the numbers, then there would be simply nothing to complain about, even with a very strong desire. We stayed in a suite, because three of us came with a child, and other rooms, unfortunately, do not allow the placement of a 3rd person in the room. But, I must say that the prices of this hotel for the center are more than humane, so it was quite possible to afford a suite. In addition, we took advantage of a discount offer for the weekend (I read about it on the hotel website in special offers).
So, everything in the room is absolutely new (the hotel just opened), the plumbing shone with cleanliness, the bathrobes and towels were snow-white, and I got the impression that they were changed almost 2 times a day. : )
Yes, I also want to note the reasonable arrangement of furniture and lighting fixtures, my husband and I are quite experienced and sophisticated travelers, and it happened that in very expensive hotels the cool interior of the rooms was absolutely unsuitable "for life". "Chopin" in this respect pleased, everything was very convenient and reasonable.
In general, we have only the most positive and pleasant memories from our stay at the Chopin Hotel.
I think now I know exactly which hotel I will stay at when I come to Lviv. : )
Best regards to the staff and owners of Chopin Hotel, Zoya
