The hotel is great in terms of architecture, location, service. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. It is located in the very heart of Lviv, on holidays one of the most optimal points of departure to all known corners of Lviv. The exterior is impeccable - the feeling is by no means post-Soviet, but a truly European style and level, as if in front of you is a hotel in Vienna or Dresden. The interior is the same. But. . . I understand that the atmosphere of the 19th century is recreated in the rooms, but the doors to the balcony are blown through, because of this it is cool in the room. There is no lighting at the entrance to the room, near the wardrobe. . . The interior should look like in the 19th century, but there should be subtle (disguised as a 19th century interior) features of comfort. The balconies are just ecstasy, but if there is snow, there is no way to go out on them, because you will put snow in the room, and the balconies themselves are not swept. If there is such a highlight in the hotel, then use it, make it accessible - it's an amazing element!! ! The staff (maids, I understand) are noisy outside the rooms in the mornings and at night. We lived in room 22, on the contrary, in the technical room, the maids were just yelling at 7 am (January 7), woke up and had to dial the reception. from January 5 to 6, the roar and screams below at 3 o'clock. But it is so. . . a spoon of tar. Because of this, I put 4 out of 5. But if I am in Lviv, I will stay there again! Thank you for the Christmas evening, not all hotels were able to arrange such a surprise for the guests - it's just a delight! WiFi is average.
