DO NOT CONTACT THIS HOTEL EVER!!!
This hotel left a very BAD impression, although we did not manage to settle in it.
Firstly, after reading the impartial reviews of other vacationers, we still booked it, but only because there were no other options for the dates we had chosen.
And there were a lot of complaints from other guests: dirt in the rooms, and creaky doors, and noise that passes through thin walls, and broken furniture and plumbing. . .

Secondly (and this is the most UNPLEASANT), on the day of arrival, when we were already halfway to Lviv, they called us from the hotel and said that they would not be able to accommodate us, because they resold our room to other people (Poles who wanted extend your stay). None of the negotiations brought a satisfying result. We were offered to stay in another hotel, which is located on the outskirts of Lviv, from where it took 10 minutes to get to the center by car, and to walk and walk around the historical part of the city, drink beer, relax and calmly return to your room for the night - could not be and speeches, but our requests to resettle the Poles there were refused. Well, Ukrainians are not appreciated there! Alas!!!
As a result, our vacation was ruined, because we urgently needed to look for other options for our accommodation in Lviv, and do it from a mobile phone in the middle of the way from Kyiv to Lviv, and this, you see, is not very convenient.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel "Vatra" to anyone, which is in Lviv on the street. Dzherelnaya, 20.
