We rested in Troyanda in two-story brick houses near the sea. I want to share my impressions about the house and the owners.
We rested in July, for 500 gr. in a five-seater. The house is old, shabby inside, you can’t close the doors to the rooms right away (to the request to fix them now, the answer was that there are so many people and they don’t have time to do anything between races). The window air conditioner in the rooms is very loud (you can’t turn it on at night, otherwise no one will fall asleep), but if you don’t turn it on, you need to open the door, otherwise you will suffocate. There are no vents. Accordingly, nets too - a lot of flying guests are provided by morning. (It’s good for someone who can put fumitox- and calmly breathe this muck all night). The furniture is really new. Good mattresses. For 10 days, even the linen was changed once. Towels were not provided.
From the veranda you can see the sea. Only if the wind rises, then with it do-it-yourself awnings fly up over the entrance, then from the veranda you can see only a bright blue rag plopping in the wind. When asked to fix it, the maid replied that the owner would not climb in such a wind. And since the wind blew almost constantly, they fixed it themselves.

Kitchen: the cabinet doors under the sink regularly fell off, the faucet also leaked regularly. The tile did not turn off if you did not pull it out of the network (at the same time, the maid severely punished - turn on the tile once and do not touch it again). No one reacted to our message that it has not been turned off for 10 days.
But most of all I have impressions from the shower-toilet. I don’t even know what to call this tandem. It’s worth starting with the fact that I was looking for this shower for a long time at the beginning. A drain in the floor is found in many shower establishments, but there are also booths where this shower itself is located. In this case, you are invited to go into a room a little more than a square meter, close the toilet bowl with a curtain (so as not to splatter) and remove yourself from the shower holder to water yourself, standing near the door. At the same time, in order to pour water, you need to press the lever. But the funny thing about this situation is that the hooks for towels and clothes are just on this door! In no case, what hangs on them will not remain dry! It reminded me of a joke about a night vase with a handle inside. Even more anecdotal is the owner's answer to the question: where to hang a towel? “You and your husband came, that you are embarrassed to hang a towel in the hallway, no one complained before you” (This is in a house where 5 people settled). The sewer always stinks. Faucet old, rusty, shower switch broken. When one of the neighboring houses flushed paper down the toilet instead of into the basket, our water was turned off. In addition, there was a constant smell of tobacco from the adjacent toilet.
I have nothing bad to say about the owner. Hearing our dissatisfaction, she very nicely offered to move to some other place.
But about her husband, I really want to write a couple of not affectionate words. It seems to be not rude, but as if poured with slop. In conclusion, I will add that we left earlier than the paid period, I would not advise anyone to go there. There really are new, modern houses nearby (I went to look) at 160 gr. more expensive. So, think for yourself, decide for yourself how much and for what you are willing to pay.
