We were going to go to "Mirgorod" for treatment. Got a vacation. Booked two rooms in June. In July and August they called FOUR times and wanted to pay for the rooms. They confirmed their presence to us and did not take money. And a week before arrival, they called and it turned out there were NO rooms! They offered other cheaper ones and they did not fit us. They ruined our treatment. Complete negligence and irresponsibility. Nobody is responsible for anything. My friends on September 9 came to the suite, but there were no rooms! They offered a replacement room without repair. And when they called on September 5, they said: "Come. " They quarreled and left. This is the sanatorium.
