I gathered in the summer with a child to relax and improve my health in Mirgorod. According to good reviews of friends, the choice fell on the sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The room was booked 2 months in advance, the reservation was confirmed a week in advance. Packed up and on the road. But immediately upon arrival, the young blonde opened her mouth and began to yell that there were no places. So what, they say, that you booked, but there are still no places. And they found our reservation and confirmation, but they didn’t settle, there was nowhere. They offered a temporary option on the third floor of a three-story building. The toilet bowl is one at the end of the corridor and the shower is one on three floors. And this despite the fact that in this building, too, almost all the rooms are overcrowded, everyone lives in these Spartan conditions in anticipation of the best rooms. Everything would be fine, you can change over for a day or two (we are not capricious), but we were told that there would be no rooms earlier than in 10 days, despite the fact that I only arrived at 14. But you have to pay your hard-earned money, and discounts for no one provides such conditions. You pay in full. It’s not the first time I’m resting in sanatoriums, but EVERYWHERE they temporarily settle for a day, a maximum of two days. I didn’t manage to go to the authorities, since it was Sunday, they didn’t give the phones of the authorities at the registry. You tell me what kind of reservation this is, who needs it at all. I understand the season, but I confirmed it in a week, it was possible to say that there were no places, to warn me so that I would not travel 300 km with my child (and imagine someone is traveling more). I call, a pleasant female voice says do not worry, come, we arrange a ticket on the spot, pay money and relax. We are waiting for you almost with outstretched arms, and upon arrival such a bummer. Well, thank God that this sanatorium is not the only one. In "Khorol" we were given a good room with amenities in the room, food, though a little more expensive than in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Yes, and the sanatorium is somehow richer than the Ministry of Internal Affairs, apparently they do not neglect commercial vouchers, or not everything ends up in the pocket of the authorities. In general, people, if you are going to buy a ticket for cash, do not mess with the reservation (at least in this resort), and the food this year is worse (our friends stayed there). Choose Poltava, Mirgorod, Khorol, Birch Guy, whatever you like.
