Very disappointed with the service this (2017) year. Rested with two children in 2015 - everything was fine. This year we wanted to go with three children (the third one is 1.5 years old). We booked a hotel on booking, they called from the hotel when they found out about the third child - they refused to book. Despite the fact that they ordered a suite (2 + 2, according to the information on the website), it is also indicated that children under 2 years old are without a seat, free of charge. But apparently, for the administration of "Otte" - the third child - this is already something supernatural : ). Previously recommended to everyone, now I want to take my words back. Alas.
