I have been going to this resort for many years. Previously, there was a bonus system for regular customers (additional free procedures or a visit to the pool). During this race, I was unpleasantly surprised that there were no bonuses anymore, and almost all procedures were paid. At the same time, ticket prices have gone up.
The rooms (I had a suite on the 3rd floor) do not have mosquito nets. In summer, opening windows at night (more precisely, a balcony door, since the windows do not open) is unrealistic. Mosquitoes bite. And you don’t want to catch a cold under the air conditioner running all night.
I talked with other people who also have been resting here for many years. Everyone says it got worse.
In addition, it is extremely inconvenient that there is no terminal. I am simply afraid every time on the road with that kind of money.
