If you close your eyes to the room, then the general situation in the sanatorium is not encouraging: the staff is not up to vacationers, it is better for them to discuss personal matters in the presence of visitors, completely ignoring strangers, newly arrived vacationers. In the canteen, in the canteen, there is a mess. Food ordered two days in advance has to wait for half an hour, and they can even say that something is missing or over... The service is incomprehensible: someone is carrying an additive, and someone is not waiting for the main order. The most interesting thing is that there is no one to complain to!!!
Vacationers who came on a 10% ticket are silent, everything suits them, and those who paid the full price are waiting for the following: you have to wait to settle in a paid room, you need to knock out a bed, wait for food, for paid ones! procedures, you can get into the queue closer to departure, etc. The beautiful word "service" is not known here!! ! We rest in the so-called "luxury" room, which the sanatorium should not be proud of! We were in a sanatorium a few years ago - there was a construction site on the territory, we arrived this year in the hope that something had changed... NOTHING !! ! Of course, we can say that they go mainly to drink healing water, but then why do we need sanatoriums with staff?
