I would like to share my impressions about the rest and treatment in "Odessa". I read rave reviews and went, spent a lot of money and I can say that I will never go to this boarding house again and will not advise others.
I'll start over. The hotel is not bad, the room is warm, TV, several channels, a good pool (in fact, it attracts everyone who wants to heal and relax). Good nurses in the baths, a good masseur Volodya (additional payment, 60 UAH. massage on the back). The doctor is an indifferent, not very competent woman who comes every day for a couple of hours and is not very willing to prescribe what is included in the price. If, God forbid, you become ill in the evening or at night, the pressure rises, no one will help you, there is NO medical staff there. And in general, I got the impression that everyone who works there for a meager pay is not officially registered and is simply afraid of losing this job as well. Separately, it is worth writing about the director, who is also the owner of this institution. An unfriendly, absolutely indifferent comrade of Armenian nationality. A smile and some kind of cordiality, as a host - this is not about him. He does not have any licenses to operate a boarding house. Just extorting money from visitors. The Internet works terribly, for two weeks it didn’t work without interruptions for a single day, the same story with a satellite dish, then some channels disappeared, then others. Well, the most wonderful topic is food. In today's hospitals, they are fed the same way, at the rate of 10 UAH per day. Here they tell you. that food costs 120 UAH. in a day. Diet nurses - no!!! ! The menu is, who do you think? Anna accountant. therefore, in diet No. 5, you can find squash caviar of dubious quality, and canned beans in tomato, and pickled peppers. I’ll just keep silent about portions, porridge smeared on a plate, a miniature piece of meat (for a 5 year old child, maybe it will do), every day is almost the same thing, no imagination and variety. People are almost not outraged, although there have already been several scandals. butter for breakfast -5 grams per person, hard cheese too, tasteless casseroles with semolina and rice. You may not be hungry, but if you calculate approximately how much the hospitable owner, who is also the director Misha and his accountant Anya, spend on food, it will come out at the most 40 hryvnia per day. And where are the other 80? Several people left ahead of time, no one returns the money, there is no government for them. It can be seen that someone is "roofing" this wonderful boarding house, otherwise both the tax and sanitary and epidemiological stations would have checked it long ago. It is expensive, the food is bad, there are few free procedures. Here are actually such impressions from "Odessa", although a definite plus of treatment there is that everything is in place, you don't have to go anywhere, neither to the pump room, nor to the procedures. Well, you can swim in the pool every day, although I don’t think it should cost that much money. By the way, this review of mine lasted exactly 20 minutes on the site of the sanatorium and disappeared. I think a similar fate awaits all critical remarks.
