But two days before the arrival, they called and said that they could book rooms for us (we were with friends) only for 7 days, and not for 10, as we had planned. Of course, we were stunned by this turn of events. After the negotiations, we were left everything as it was (that is, our rooms for 10 days). Why this happened is not clear, because during the entire holiday the hotel was half empty. In general, it is better to ask them for written confirmation of the reservation or insist on prepayment. Second, and in my opinion, the most annoying. We paid for breakfast and dinner. When booking, we were confirmed that the hotel operates on a buffet line. However, when we checked in, it turned out that if there are few customers in the hotel, then the restaurant operates on a “menu-pre-order” system. Since there were few people in the hotel, and on one day we were left alone, all dinners and a couple of breakfasts were fed from the menu. To some this may seem insignificant, but for us it was inconvenient. Firstly, we had to indicate the exact time of our arrival, and secondly, the menu was of the same type, that is, 7 types of dinner. For a specific second, you could take a specific salad. A glass of juice, a cupcake and a cup of tea. Very monotonous, but really tasty. Of course, we counted on something else. When booking rooms, it makes sense to warn about such significant changes in nutrition. Well, there were also comments to one maid, I won’t go into details, I think she won’t last long there. Since the hotel really tries to keep the service at the highest level. And did not like the work of the laundry. Now about the pros  We really liked the hotel itself! Not very big, but very well maintained area. During our stay, daffodils bloomed everywhere, then tulips bloomed. Their gardener is top notch. Parking for cars is located on the territory of the hotel, which is well guarded. For the car, we were completely calm. The beach is not very big, but cozy and comfortable. From it to the hotel is not a long but steep hill. The outdoor pool is striking in size (it was just reconstructed, new tiles were laid). It has a fountain, various types of massagers (by the way, there are also in the indoor pool) and plenty of space for sun loungers. Perfect cleanliness everywhere. The staff is well-chosen. The attitude towards the guests is very good. In general, if it were not for this change with a buffet (which does not threaten vacationers in the season), the hotel would have been rated perfectly. Separately, I want to say about the medical center. Such a high level is not often found even in Moscow. Professionals work there. By the way, the doctor on duty is present around the clock. The indoor pool is large and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that at the entrance, in addition to a towel and a bathrobe, they give out disposable slippers. And in general, I got the impression that the hotel is trying to think through everything to the smallest detail, in any case, they obviously do not save on them! The restaurant is good, the cooks are super, the waiters are great. The food is delicious, fresh. On the fifth day, they noticed that mayonnaise was completely absent in the diet; The rooms lived up to our wildest expectations. Large, well-planned, with large balconies (with outdoor furniture). In season, they also put a dryer on the balcony. The room has everything you need. The biggest plus is wired internet with good speed, unlimited and free! We have not yet encountered this; Will we go to this hotel again - definitely yes! Does the hotel correspond to 4 stars - definitely yes.
