Pros:
1) a new hotel with excellent design, expensive plumbing in the rooms. Sea view opens only from the most expensive rooms on the upper floors. From the first and second floors you will contemplate the swimming pool and the restaurant.
2) well-trained reception staff, ready to meet the requirements of the guest on demand. Well done!
3) excellent pools: for adults and for children (two levels: for the smallest and older children). The only drawback is the paving stones around the pools, which heat up to red during the day, and if you step on it with bare feet, you can simply burn yourself.
4) proximity to the sea (near a sandy public beach and a pier).
5) an excellent terrace restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea, where it is pleasant to sit in the evenings with a glass of wine
Disadvantages:

1) everyone is allowed to the pools, who can pay 350 hryvnias. As a result, those staying at the hotel and paying for a room from 5000 UAH per day (! ) have no place near the pool. All sunbeds are occupied by violent young people drinking alcohol right next to the children's pool and smoking cigarettes and hookah. The hotel cares little about the comfort of the residents and tries to make money by selling sunbeds near the pool to outsiders, as well as at events such as weddings and birthdays.
2) there is no issue of beach towels. You have to carry them out of your room. Moreover, they are not changed for fresh towels, as there are not enough towels. As a result, all 4 days that we lived in the hotel, we had to use the same towels, drying them in the evenings on the balcony of the room.
3) weak menu in the restaurant. There is no children's menu. Nobody heard about the fitness menu: in the end, you can only order boiled, fried and french fries for a side dish. Nevertheless, everything from the menu is delicious, although they can carry from 40 minutes or more. I was surprised that the water in the room was 2 bottles of 0.5 liters (per person) only on the first day of arrival, then no one replenished it. A small bottle of water in a restaurant costs from 35 UAH. and more.
4) Leaving the hotel, you will find yourself in a garbage can, on the left at the exit from the hotel there are about 6 garbage cans littered with garbage that no one cleans up. As a result, under the scorching sun, the garbage decomposes and stinks, but no one cares about this.
5) to get to the sea, you need to leave the hotel and go down the concrete stairs with broken steps down, while contemplating garbage, cigarette butts and other unpleasant things. At the same time, at the beginning of the stairs near the hotel, cooks and waiters of the hotel like to smoke, which clearly does not correspond to the image of a luxury hotel. CHAYKA beach is a public filthy beach, on which everything is filled with paid sunbeds (90 UAH per sunbed). The promised sunbeds paid for by Maristella were in the fourth row from the sea and available only in the morning, because in the evening the beach is so crowded that there is nowhere for an apple to fall. Nobody responded to our protests.

6) If you dream of leaving the hotel in the evening and taking a walk, then you will have nowhere to go, since the hotel is located in the private sector. There are no good restaurants there, so the best solution is to stay in a hotel and not go anywhere.
To the receptionist's question "Will we come again? " We answered that it is unlikely. The pearl in the garbage itself turns into garbage. It's a pity!
