We dreamed of spending a weekend in Odessa. . . summer. . . the sea. . . what could be better. We chose the Marrion Hotel, a deluxe room, 2 rooms, two bathrooms. Everything seemed to promise a wonderful holiday. A week before arrival, the hotel administrator called back and said that they had force majeure circumstances - pipes burst, the suite was flooded, they did not manage to repair it in a week. They offered a standard number, it seems to be no worse. Somehow they got into a position... people are in trouble, they agreed to the standard. Result: about the rupture of pipes - all lies! the suite is just stupidly busy. When asked why they didn’t tell the truth, the answer is “well, you agreed to the standard. ”
Reviews about the standard room - it has not been cleaned since the founding of the hotel!! ! hair all over the room (probably used to be a hairdresser : ) including on the bed!!!!!!!!! horror!
Communication with the director is just lies and rudeness!
About the restaurant's cuisine - not bad, the waitresses are also quite courteous and smiling, thanks to them.
Here is such a "service in Odessa"!
