There is no toilet paper in the rooms, no soap, faucets and drains are leaking (somewhere they don’t work at all), the tiles are chipped, rusty. The rooms are cleaned only at your request, and if you have not encountered a cleaning lady in the corridor for several days, then you will sit in the mud.
With medical care, too - no ice! Of the entire range of medical services listed on the website of the sanatorium (although we traveled with a sanatorium card that listed the recommendations of our attending physicians), we were provided with: aromatherapy, magnetotherapy and herbal tea! )))). The whole range of services is provided only to employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, ordinary vacationers are told - "There is the sea and the sun, what else do you need? ".
On weekends, no procedures are done! The time for the procedures is not convenient - from 9 am to 1 pm, at the very time when it is still not so hot and you want to go to the beach, but when you sit in the sanatorium during the day from 1 pm to 5 pm in the heat - there is nothing to go to the beach you can’t go either (. About mud baths - a separate story, they are not there at all, they have been broken for several years and, seeing the state of the sanatorium, they will lie whether they will be made.
In general, we went to swim, sunbathe and eat deliciously))) We did not receive any treatment.
